Aims of the project

The goal of the project is to develop a long-term comprehensive business strategy in the scope of international activity for full utilization and maximization of the assets of DiagNova Technologies company in order to increase the profitability and achieve long-term competitive predominance.

    The following details has been determined for the project scope:

  • The planning horizon of the strategy will be no shorter than 5 years.
  • The strategy will be developed by means of purchase of consulting services.

Planned results of the project

    The results of the project and implementation of the strategy will be:

  • increase the competitive potential of the company in the international market, including European Union countries and countries outside the EU,
  • increase of the demand for company's products in the area of selected target countries,
  • in middle- and long-term perspective – scaling up the activity in the selected countries and achieving higher percentage of sales incomes from export.
